Well hello CoCo Blog Lovers!
We are working so hard!! We are trying to get a store and a location to open up our very own store!! I am so excited. We can't even sleep at night with all the stuff that has to be done, but slowly but surely we are getting there :). Our dream come true will soon be a reality. If it wasn't for our CoCo fans, then this would have never happened!!! I can't wait and I know you are on the edge of your seat as well! Bailey's Irish Dream - Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! What better way to celebrate with a little Bailey's Irish cream! - Dark, moist Chocolate Cake blended with Bailey's Irish Cream Frosting. Pick a few up for your St. Patty's Day celebration!
Creme De Menthe Chocolate Chip Shamrock Cruffles- creme de menthe liquor is used to flavor our heavenly white cake which will then become a lovely shade of shamrock green. I also incorporated chocolate chips, to add chocolate flavor as well, which mixes nicely with the mint. The end result tastes like a cruffle version of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Yummy!!!
St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun Cruffles- . Festive and tasty Irish cruffles. Celebrate with this great Pistachio pudding flavor. The pistachio pudding gives a light flavor to our Italian cream cruffle then we blend a pistachio infused buttercream icing and its quite tasty!
Irish Cream Latte- Irish cream mocha cake blended with Irish cream buttercream. Here's a yummy treat to help celebrate your St. Patrick's Day celebration. I’m warning you, you can’t eat just one.
King Cake Cruffle
- Our version is a yellow cinnamon swirl cruffle blended with butter cream frosting. Each cruffle is decorated with the traditional Mardi Gras colors:
purple representsjustice, green represents faith
and gold represents power.
A small baby, symbolizing the baby Jesus, is baked into
only one cruffle in each dozen we make.
Like the biblical story, the "search for the baby" adds excitement, as each person waits to see in whose cruffle the baby will be discovered. While custom holds that the person who finds the baby in their cake will be rewarded with good luck, that person is also traditionally responsible
for bringing the King Cake to the next party or gathering.

- Our key lime cruffle is fresh & tangy, Key lime cake Blended with our sweet key lime icing and hand dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs! Love key lime Pies? Try these!
